Joelleen is a IBCLC lactation consultant, endorsed Midwife, Natropath and overall a gem of a human!
We reflect upon her Midwifery beginnings in NZ and how education was an essential component of her grad year. This began and fuelled her desire to learn and grow professionally.
We chat about her own health journey, non-negotiable self care practices and those that are effective for energy protection on the ward…And of course SO much more!!
First taste of burnout whilst still new to the profession which manifested as migraines
